I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The location was perfect, as it was close to many restaurants and the main bus station. I safety was good in the San Nicholas district. The hotel staff was very nice, providing prompt and courteous service. The cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious breakfast were also excellent.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The kitchenette was convenient, despite the lack of kitchenware. The reception staff were really nice too help me during a traumatizing incident. The location was perfect for accessing the Teatro Colon. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city. It was in the center and within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel staff were also helpful and accommodating.
The rooms definitely need some sprucing up. The furniture had missing veneer chips and the white chairs showed their age.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and surrounded by multiple good restaurant options. The rooms are of good size and there is plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the bathroom. The staff is helpful and responsive to any questions or needs.
The hotel is showing its age and some aspects, such as the curtains and mattresses, could use improvement.
